  • National: Passing the Mortgage Debt Forgiveness on short sales, Successfully Worked with Consumer Finance Protection Bureau to delay TRID requirements to ensure smoother transition periods
  • State: Protecting the state mortgage interest deduction; stopping a state deed tax and recording fee increase; protection REALTORS® from an imposed sales tax on commissions
  • Local: Minimizing the impact of home inspection requirements, vacant and rental property regulations
