  • National: Passing the Mortgage Debt Forgiveness on short sales, Successfully Worked with Consumer Finance Protection Bureau to delay TRID requirements to ensure smoother transition periods
     
  • State: Protecting the state mortgage interest deduction; stopping a state deed tax and recording fee increase; protection REALTORS® from an imposed sales tax on commissions; passed First-Time Homebuyers Savings Account Act; passed legislation that promotes condominium development
